We encourage readers
to post comments on the Hume Blog. Comments allow for discussion, critical
thinking, and greater clarity. Our Communications Coordinator moderates all
comments.
We welcome comments
that are:

appropriately critical
-posing questions or
ideas
We will delete or
censor comments that are:
-off-topic for the
post under which they’ve been posted
-are too long in
length (rule of thumb: under 100 words, please)
-aggressive, abusive,
or promoting hate
-using excessively
foul language
-spam posts
If your comment was
not published, rest assured it was received by the offices of Councillor Hume, and
any relevant municipal concerns have been seen by the Councillor. By enforcing
this policy, we hope to provide a blog forum that is safe for all audiences to
read and engage in.
